Detoxifying, hydrating, and delicious. This refreshing beverage is pumped up with vitamins from fruit and veggies that will clean you out from the inside. This recipe works best in a juicer, not a blender.
Ingredients:
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1 Bunch Kale
- 1 Bunch Swiss Chard
- 2 Honeycrisp Apples
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Lemon
Juice and then mix all ingredients together. Add to pitcher. Stir everytime before pouring. Will keep for three days in the fridge. Serves four.
