HOW TO DO A SQUAT ASSESSMENT

1. Grab a broomstick
2. Stand with toes pointing forward, hip-width apart.
3. Hold broomstick in both hands, shoulder width apart. Bring the broomstick overhead.
4. Now Squat down as low as you feel comfortable, keeping a: the heels on the ground, b: knees part (not collapsing in together), c: arms overhead.
