Recipe | Grapefruit and Blueberry Juice: Boost Circulation

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grapefruit
  • 1 cup water
  • 10 blueberries
  • 1 TBSP of fresh ginger

Directions:

  1. Begin by extracting the juice from the grapefruit.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger then add it to your grapefruit juice.
  3. Heat the mixture in the microwave or on a stove top until the mixture is like tea.
  4. Once steeped, add the juice to your blender, along with the water and blueberries.

This drink is best served cold, about 1.5 hours before a meal. To receive the maximum benefits from this juice, drink it three times a week. This juice will reduce inflammation, and ease the pain of poor circulation.
