Lani Fisher, accompanied by our beautiful model, Alexandria, demonstrates how to perform a few basic massage techniques on your baby. This will help calm them down, ease anxiety, and boost their immune system!

Baby Massage:
Downward strokes help to calm the child, while upward strokes energize. You can do these moves with or without lotion.

Ears:
To calm- Rubbing gently, start at the top of the ear, where the ear meets the head. Follow along the side of the ear ridge to the base of the earlobe. Repeat on the opposite ear. This can be repeated multiple times for your desired effect.

To energize- Do the exact opposite of the calming move, Rubbing lightly, start at the base of the earlobe and move your fingers gently upwards following along the side of the ear ridge until the ear meets the head. Repeat on the opposite ear. This can be repeated multiple times for your desired effect.

Back:
To Calm- With your baby on all fours, or lying on their stomache, place your hand at the base of the neck and move your fingers gently down their backs, along the side of their spine, until you reach their lower back. Make sure you are moving slow and steady with light pressure. This can be repeated multiple times for your desired effect.

To energize- Do the exact opposite of calm. Start at the base of the low back and move your fingers upward to the childs neck.

Belly:
To releive aniexty- This move can be done with your child standing up or laying down. You just need access to their chest and stomache. Start with your index fingers at your childs belly button, move your fingers up, towards the childs chest going around their breasts, coming down the center of their chest plate going back to their belly button. It should make a heart shape around their breastplate and back down to their belly button. Continue making these heart shapes to soothe your fussy baby.
