This recipe packs a powerful vitamin C power-punch! It’s made with four fruits, containing the highest amount of vitamin C.
Makes approximately 4 ½ cups
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of strawberries
- 1 ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
Juice will stay fresh for up to 2 days when refrigerated. Stir before serving. Enjoy!
