Recipe | Smoothie: Vitamin C boost

This recipe packs a powerful vitamin C power-punch! It’s made with four fruits, containing the highest amount of vitamin C.

Makes approximately 4 ½ cups


  • 12 ounces of strawberries
  • 1 ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute.

Juice will stay fresh for up to 2 days when refrigerated. Stir before serving. Enjoy!
