  1. Start at the top of the ear with your index finger and thumb on either side.
  2. Applying a nickels-worth of pressure, begin to move the thumb and index finger in opposite directions to create friction while moving downward, ending at the base of the earlobe.
  3. Repeat this move 3-4 times on each ear.
