I have been doing massage since 2000. Since that time I have learned many different modalities and have gravitated to the ones that create a lot of impact on the body with the least amount of stress – myofascial massage, cranial sacral and polarity therapy primarily. I have also taught these modalities. My general massage is a fusion of all the things I have learned which open the body up layer by layer, relax the nervous system and increase mobility and range of motion.
