“I love this job! There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone alleviate a chronic injury. It is my life’s passion to help as many people as we can reach by sharing the benefits of massage.”

“I love life and the people I surround myself with. I am dedicated to personal wellness and transmitting those organic frequencies of health and happiness to all.

“In addition to healthy food and regular exercise, relieving our muscular tension helps us perform better in everything we do.”

I love to help people unwind and relax. It is such a gift to be able to share the benefits of massage for a healthy and happy mind, body and spirit.”

Helping people has always been my passion. I am so grateful that I have gone down a path in life that will not only benefit me, but my clients as well.

“My goal for each massage is to bring a high level of professionalism targeting your pain and stress. Once the pain and stress are relieved your body and mind’s overall performance and well being can improve.”

“As a licensed massage therapist in Arizona since 1990, my work continues to be intuitive, fun and rewarding.  My approach in giving your massage is to blend a fluid, soothing style with deeper pressure to alleviate blocked energy and muscle spasms.  I am attentive to your needs and preferences and adjust my style accordingly”

Many of our lifestyles can have stressful impact on people these days. Emotional, over-stressed and fast paced lives are many times expressed through the physical body. Holding space for my clients’ circumstances while implementing customized sessions including: Myotherapy, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiin) therapies has proven to help unwind the physical body in very dramatic ways. It’s an absolute honor to be in the position of helping people find better ways of living their lives.

I have had wonderful experiences massaging the people I work with and nothing feels greater than hearing how wonderful they feel after each treatment.”

“Helping people feel better by addressing the root of a problem instead of medicating the symptoms is the only thing that makes sense to me. The experiences I have helping others is always so exciting.”

“Massage is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Massage allows you to reconnect your mind, body and spirit while enjoying time away from the outside world. Facilitating people’s transition into a state of relaxation and pain relief, is the most rewarding aspect of being a massage therapist, and exactly why I chose this profession!

I used to think of massage as a luxury, but after working as a Therapist for the past 5 years I see it as regular maintenance that everybody needs to help keep our bodies up to the daily physical demands we put on it. None of us would skip an oil change for our car due to lack of time or money, and yet when it comes to self-care it can be a challenge to make ourselves a priority. Massage is an incredible, simple way to help keep our bodies on track, and it’s always awesome to work with a client & hear them say how much better their back feels, their headache is gone, they can breathe or move better, their mobility has improved, it goes on and on! I love being part of that process, it’s the reason I love my job!

I love to educate on a healthy lifestyle for an optimum life.  My focus is to allow people to find peace from pain and stress.  LMT since 2006 & NCBTMB.

Working my craft – facilitating health and wellness- Mind, Body & Spirit is my Passion. It is who I am. Wisdom in one hand, Compassion in the other, knowledge and experience embodied. Also an experienced hypnotherapist.

It is amazing to me how the power of a healing touch through massage therapy can transform lives. The benefits are incredible and that’s the reason I became a massage therapist! Professionalism, integrity and service is a personal commitment to our clients.”

The great thing about massage is that both parties benefit. I know I am making a difference in someone’s life as well as developing myself. That is why I look forward to every session.

“My practice consists of highly effective therapeutic work; specializing in working with Injuries including Sports, Repetitive Stress, Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Lower Back Pain, Rotator Cuff and Shoulder Injuries, Neck Pain, Sprains, Strains and Car Accidents.  I also have specialized in treating athletes, and for the past several years I have worked on marathon runners, tri-athletes, golfers, tennis players, professional baseball players, Navy Seals and Olympic athletes.”

“In 2002, I went to a chiropractor with severe back pain.  The chiropractor recommended that I have a massage.  This made sense to try any and all modalities. I felt so much better after my massage therapy session that I finally knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. My goal was and still is to help the client get relief from discomfort and possibly correct the physical ailment causing the pain.”

“I have been doing massage for over 20 years so massage is no longer just one technique or another but rather an amalgamation of techniques that seem to work best for me and my clients. My clients range from athletes to delicate elderly and from teenagers to adults. The foundation for my basic relaxing massage is Swedish and from there I add reflexology, stretching, deep tissue, trigger point, lymph drainage and Reiki. The massage can be any one of these but is most often best when combined with several modalities. The choice is yours.”

“When my passion for helping others and love for the human body merged by learning about massage therapy, my whole life changed. I have studied Kinesiology, Myokinetics, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Orthopedics and functional assessment to aid me in helping my clients. I am qualified in many modalities including Reflexology, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Trigger Point and Hydrostone. I specialize in Structural Integration, learning from a publication written by Thomas W. Myers LMT, NCTMB, ARP, director of Kinesis Incorporated and who studied alongside Ida P. Rolf. I also specialize in Sports massage, a modality good for injury recovery, injury prevention and increased physical performance. Along with structural integration and sports, I also specialize in Cranial Sacral therapy and Swedish massage, two modalities which are great for healthy circulation, lymphatics, relaxation and well being.”
