When we exercise we build up free radicals. As we sweat we lose electrolytes, mainly sodium and potassium. To maintain constant electrolyte concentrations in our body fluids, these electrolytes must be replaced. Coconut water is an excellent source for electrolyte replacement. Combine that with strawberries, which are filled with antioxidants, to kill off those free radicals and you have one amazing drink to nourish your body back to health!

Super Simple Instructions:
-3/4 Cup Sliced Strawberries
-1 Cup Coconut Water

Leave as-is or blend into a puree for a smooth summer hydrator!
